Grant’s place was an amazing choice for my birthday weekend. Every detail from the decor and activities to the cleanliness and communication. Everything was so spot on. Definitely exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in Austin!

We stayed 3 days with family and enjoyed all the amenities from the swimming pool, hot tub, numerous indoor and outdoor games, and more. This is set up for a fun filled time and we throughly enjoyed our stay. Close to bars and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Grant was great in accommodating us with our check in since we had people flying in from multiple states at multiple times. The house was everything the pictures made it out to be and we loved how close the house was to AMAZING local food trucks. We also just ordered the same exact pillows that were used in all the bedrooms because we loved them so much. Amazing trip!

We had such an amazing stay here. The home was beautiful, clean, & exactly as described, perfect for our two-night stay. The amenities were incredible, the hot tub, warmed pool, golf setup, ping pong table, arcade games, & movie theater room made the whole experience so fun & memorable. The host was incredibly responsive, kind, & easy to communicate w/, which made everything feel smooth & stress-free. We truly appreciated the hospitality. Such a great experience & a place we would absolutely recommend

We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. One of the highlights for our group was the pickleball setup — we had a blast playing and it really made the stay memorable. In the evenings, we gathered around the fire pit, which was perfect for relaxing, talking, and winding down after a full day.
Everything was well thought out, from the amenities to the layout, and the host was easy to communicate with. This place was ideal for both activity and relaxation. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, comfortable getaway.

The house was so thoughtfully planned! It was perfect for our girls trip! Super cute interior, lots of comfortable beds, places to get ready together! The back yard was magical! Something for everyone! Grant was so helpful, accommodating and responsive! We would definitely stay here again!

We had such a great stay at Sunset Social. Grant was super easy to communicate with, and everything felt really welcoming from the moment we arrived. The hot tub and heated pool were definitely highlights. We ended up spending a lot more time outside than we expected. There were plenty of outdoor games too, the movie theater setup was awesome for football during the day and winding down in the evenings. The place is also really close to town, so getting anywhere was quick and easy. Overall, it was a really comfortable, fun stay, and we’re looking forward to coming back.

Very cute house! There’s lots to do inside and there’s large dinning table (both inside & outside) to fit the whole family for Thanksgiving dinner. We enjoyed the pickle ball and cornhole. Tons of space for nice pictures too!

We loved our stay for my friend’s bachelorette party! The set up and amenities were perfect for a girls weekend. Grant was very responsive in setting up an early check in for us and the instructions and details for the house were in-depth and accurate. I would definitely recommend Grant and this home!

Grants house far exceeded our expectations. The house was perfectly situated in Austin and had plenty of room both indoors and outdoors for my large group. The house was a 10/10 and Grant was just as great. Can’t recommend more
